Q When was Vine Counselling Services established? 
 
A Established in 2007 with a charitable status Vine Counselling offers support, guidance and advice to the local community. Our professionals bring their expertise and their ethos to deliver high quality counselling services in a peaceful and tranquil setting. 
Q Why was Vine established? 
 
A Vine was set up in response to the high cost of private counselling and long NHS waiting lists that too many people have to experience. 
Q Is Vine a profit making business? 
 
A No. We are a registered charity no 1117796 
Q Where are Vine situated and which areas do you serve? 
 
A Situated in Congresbury and serving individuals and families across Somerset Vine Counselling provides professional based counselling services based on respect, care and quality. We provide services across some 30 local communities, including Congresbury, Yatton, Wrington, Clevedon, Langford, Nailsea and Weston. 
Q Are the Vine team qualified Counsellors? 
 
A Yes. The team at Vine is made up of qualified volunteer counsellors and we also offer placements to student counsellors. Vine is an organisational member of BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy). 
Q How much will I have to pay to receive counselling? 
 
A We operate on a donation per session basis rather than a fixed fee. 
Q Is everything you do confidential? 
 
A Yes. If you decide that you would like to contact us here at Vine Counselling you can be sure of a professional, sympathetic, respectful and complete confidential service.
